Ibrahimovic, who joined Juventus from Ajax in 2004, has been linked with a move to both Inter and AC Milan since the Bianconeri's demotion to Serie B.

Ibrahimovic's agent, Mino Raiola, told the Italian paper that he's due to meet with the club officials this week to fix a new salary amount. Juventus offered to increase his annual salary from $2.4 million to $6.5 million to tempt him to stay at the Stadio Delle Alpi.

Juventus' announcement is expected to be their last effort to hold on to the 25-year-old Swede, as neither Inter nor Milan can afford the high fee.
