Having scored the extra-time goal that ousted Bradley’s USA from the 2010 World Cup, Al-Ain hitman Gyan is still regarded as the Black Stars main man upfront.

“Gyan is a difficult player because he can be invisible for long periods in a match but he is so fast and strong at any moment,” Bradley told GNA Sports.

“He can cause trouble and that is what he did when he played against the USA in 2010 World Cup during extra time which determined the outcome of that game.

“We will try and keep him out of our dangerous areas but I know it will be difficult. We understand that so we will try to play in a way where we can control the game.”

Gyan is Ghana’s top scorer in qualifying so far, having netted four goals en route to the final phase.
