Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson admitted that he is delighted to grab a goalless draw at minor league side Burton Albion.

"It is disappointing (not to win)," Ferguson told Sky Sports network after Sunday's game.

"But the nature of the way the game is played they are happy to get the draw and go to Old Trafford."

Ferguson's side were favorites to win the tie and catch Premiership giants Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool in the Cup's fourth round but Burton performance, according to the veteran manager, made it a hard task.

"The whole nation probably expects us to win here, but football is not like that. In the FA Cup anything can happen. It is a sudden-death tournament," he said.

"It was a difficult pitch, committed opponents and I think these things can happen. You can get shocks, but fortunately we did not get a major shock."
