Real Madrid newly-signed striker Antonio Cassano is ready to take part in his side’s La Liga match against Sevilla that will take place on Sunday, the Spanish powerhouse announced on the official club website on Saturday.

The talented Italian striker joined his new teammates in their training on Wednesday and will be included in the starting line-up for the club’s match against Sevilla in the Spanish league round-19.

The 23-year-old moved to Real from Italian giants AS Roma on January fourth for $6.5-million and has underwent a vigorous training program to whip him into shape and to help me get ready for the club’s upcoming matches.

Real come in sixth place in the Spanish league standings with a tally of 30 points, one point ahead of seventh-place Sevilla and 13 points behind leaders Barcelona.
