Moheb Saied, Hassan Kondi, Nehad Haggag and Mohamed Al-Habi netted Tanta’s four goals to pave the way for their side to hold second place in the second-division standings with a tally of 20 points, behind leaders Olympic club who thrashed Samanud 6-3.

Tanta’s qualification to the first division comes after a 13-year absence, during which they made several attempts to promote without avail.

On the other hand, Kafr El-Zayat Finances failed to promote to the premier league despite a 2-1 victory over Baladeya Mahalla.

Petrojet and Tersana were promoted to the first division from Group one, while the last qualification ticket was limited to Asyut Petrol and Benisuif Telephones.
