Youssef comments come after the administration said they can sell Al-Shayeb's contract for EGP 1.5 million.

A close source to the 22-year-old player told FilGoal.com earlier this week that Al-Shayeb is on the brink of signing for Egyptian Cup holders Enppi in the off-season.
