"Of course Dos Santos' injury is a very big problem for his coach, I totally sympathize with him and with any player who gets injured right before the World Cup," Paqueta said on Friday.

The Brazilian-born striker has been ruled out of the Saudi Arabia game after he sustained a knee injury in Tunisia's friendly against a Bavarian amateur side on Wednesday.

"We want to be in a good shape for the Tunisia game, and we are preparing our players mentally through continuous meeting with them," Paqueta added.

The Brazilian coach said that they are not concerned about the Ukraine clash at the moment as the team is currently focusing on the Tunisia game only.

Saudi Arabia were drawn in group H of the World Cup alongside Tunisia, Ukraine and Spain.
