"Changing players around can only be good for the team and for future games in the World Cup," Kaka told FIFAworldcup.com.
Kaka was just one of five players from Parreira's original starters that retained their position for Brazil's third and final group match against Japan.
Though Japan scored first on Friday, Brazil stormed back thanks to a brace from Ronaldo and two goals by Juninho and Gilberto.
For the AC Milan star, the new starters were exactly the opportunity for development that Brazil needed.
"The new players who came in against Japan played so well, it was an amazing thing to see," the 24-year-old said.
Kaka said in future rounds Brazil will benefit from having played nearly every member of their 23-man squad, including two goalkeepers, in a World Cup game.
"Parreira has a plan and now the players who had not played before have some experience on the field. That can only be good for the team as we move ahead," he said.
"It was a really important thing to come back from a goal down – the first goal we've conceded so far at these finals – and we are motivated for the next games."
Brazil faces debutants Ghana on Wednesday for a place in the last eight and for Kaka the title holders are ready for the challenge.
"I think we can see now that the team is improving with every game," Kaka said. "We will hope to keep improving."
