Ghali joined the English club from Dutch side Feyenoord last January, but a serious injury prevented him from featuring in any of his new club's games.

Lee Barnard scored the only goal of the game in the 43rd minute which was enough to hand the London club their second pre-season victory after they previously beat Bordeaux 2-0.

The former Ahli player looked sharp as he played the full 90 minutes which is expected to be a strong kick off to his career in the English Premiership.
