African champions Egypt grabbed a hard-fought 25-23 victory in the third game and looked on their way to tie the match.

But the Cubans restored their top form and thrashed the hosts 25-11 in the fourth game.

Debuting Egypt, yet to win a match in the league, root Group D that also includes South Korea and Bulgaria.
