Egypt to meet Lebanon in charity game

The Egyptian Football Federation (EFA) decided to hold a charity game between Egypt and Lebanon on September 5th and donate its revenues to the Lebanese war victims.

EFA spokesman Medhat Shalabi told FilGoal.com on Tuesday that the Assciation previously planned on holding a charity game between Egypt and a mixed team of Ahli and Zamalek stars, but decided to better hold the game against Lebanon.

"The game will see the participation of large number of Egyptian and Lebanese artists to raise funds for the war victims following the Israeli attacks on Lebanon," Shalabi said.

Shalabi urged Egyptian fans to attend the charity game in order to help the Lebanese war victims even if its in a small way through buying the game's ticket.
