Brazil put a disappointing World Cup campaign behind them after crushing arch-rivals Argentina 3-0 in a friendly at Arsenal's venue Emirates on Sunday.

A brace from Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Elano and Kaka's late strike earned Brazil, who were knocked out from the World Cup's quarter-finals at the hands of France, a big victory over Argentina.

Brazil new coach Dunga fielded a renovated squad while Argentina boss Alfio Basile played with six players from the team's starting line-up in World Cup quarter-finals defeat to Germany.

Elano put Brazil ahead after just three minutes when he received Robinho's neat pass inside the area before drilling the ball into the near post.

Seven minutes past the hour mark, Elano latched on to Kaka's brilliant through pass before sending a low drive into the corner of the net past Argentina keeper Roberto Abbondanzieri.

An exceptional individual talent by AC Milan playmaker Kaka sealed the victory for Brazil when he collected the ball in his own half and outpaced Lionel Messi before slamming a low shot into the back of the net.
