Abdul-Wahab played in ENPPI for one year on loan and the club are keen to take part in the September 12th event.

Zamalek and Ismaili have also announced their participation in the game featuring several Egyptian League players and a number of Abdul-Wahab's mates in the national team.

According to Ahli officials, the game revenues are set to go to Abdul-Wahab's family.

The international defender collapsed last Thursday on the pitch and was rushed to hospital before being declared dead due to heart failure.
