The Egyptian champions decided to stage a friendly game to honor the name of Abdul-Wahab, who died last week during training after he collapsed on the pitch due to heart failure.

The club's board of directors said the game will be between a selection of Ahli and Ismaili players against another team representing Zamalek and ENPPI.

All the players will wear black sleeves in grieve for the loss of the former Egypt international as well as wearing kits carrying number 3, the shirt which was worn by Abdul-Wahab.

According to Ahli officials, the game revenues are set to go to the player's family.
