Al-Sayed
"I was due to be handed EGP 560,000 this week after signing a three-year contract extension several months ago but the club didn't fulfill their promise," Al-Sayed told FilGoal.com.
"They offered just EGP 50,000 but I rejected because I know that Zamalek are in a good financial position and can pay me."
The Egypt international keeper insisted he will go to his hometown in north Sinai and will ignore anything related to football.
Zamalek are enduring a heavy financial crisis that resulted in many players expressing their frustration at not being paid for a long time.
The team's defender Mahmoud Mahmoud was forced to sell his car and Abdul-Wahed himself returned a car that he bought recently.
Zamalek board has given Ghanaian midfielder Awuley Quaye 'Junior' 20,000 of his due payment, the action that fuelled anger among other players.
Meanwhile, Zamalek concluded their preparations for the Arab Champions League round of 16 game against Libya's Ittihad by thrashing Shebin Al-Kom 4-0 in a friendly.
