Zamalek skipper Hazem Emam has returned to the team's training on Friday for the first time since he was omitted from the squad that played against Libya's Ittihad in the Arab Champions League.

Emam was furious with coach Manuel Cajuda's decision and decided to abandon the training until the situation gets better.

However, after holding a meeting with the Portuguese boss, the 31-year-old changed his mind and took part in the training before Zamalek's Egyptian League game against Ittihad Alexandria on Sunday.

In more positive news for the Cairo club, goalkeeper Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed also said that he will be back in the training on Tuesday.

"Currently, I'm practicing on my own to maintain my fitness and to be ready for an immediate participation with Zamalek," Al-Sayed told FilGoal.com on Friday.

The Egypt international keeper fell out with Zamalek's board over late payments and decided to return to his hometown and ignore anything related to football for a while.
