Jose during the press conference

Ahli coach Manuel Jose said on Saturday that his side aim for a place in the FIFA Club World Cup (CWC) final.

"We arrived at Japan to reach the final, but this won't happen unless we beat Auckland City in the opener," Jose told a pre-match press conference.

"I'm concentrated on the clash against the New Zealand side then we can think about the next step."

Ahli will open their CWC campaign against Auckland on Sunday at the Toyota Stadium.

Jose stated that his players have got used to the big difference in time and weather between Egypt and Japan and are ready for the anticipating game.

"Since our arrival we have suffered exhaustion but now we are in a perfect condition," the Portuguese boss said.

"I respect Auckland, we are not superior to them and if we want to win we must exert all efforts on the pitch."

Jose insisted he doesn't think about his future with the Red Devils as his contract expires at the end of the season.

"I spent my best years with Ahli, I won everything and I love the club's fans very much but I won't discuss my future except after the Egyptian League ends."

Playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika responded to a question from FilGoal.com correspondent on whether he will be fit to play or not.

"I have fully recovered from injury, I'm ready to play but the technical staff has the final decision."
