FIFA has forced Zamalek to pay the Brazilian a sum of $ 148,000 for terminating his contract in 2004.

Meklid told FilGoal.com on Tuesday that Zamalek officials are still waiting to hear back from Cabral to wire the compensation to his bank account.

Meklid said that Zamalek will make the payment from the 150,000 Euros from Tottenham as remuneration for former youth academy player Ahmed Hossam “Mido”.

The money received from Spurs will be used to cover Cabral's contract termination clause.
