Bayern Munich midfielder Mark van Bommel was punished by UEFA after being found guilty of making offensive gestures to Real Madrid's crowd following his late goal in his side's 3-2 Champions League defeat last week.
The Dutch international was ordered to be "at the disposal of UEFA to promote fair play to youth players during a youth competition to be determined in the course of this year.", the European governing body said on their official website.
Van Bommel will also get a one-match ban from all European competitions as well as a 6,200 Euros fine.
The former PSV midfielder will be available for Bayern's second -leg clash with Real Madrid next week as the ban will start taking effect after the game.
