Zamalek striker Amr Zaki is doubtful for his side's CAF Champions League clash against Hilal on Saturday after suffering a broken nose during an Arab Champions League encounter.
The Egypt international hit-man was struck in face by Khaled Badra's knee in Zamalek's 1-1 away draw with Ahli Jeddah on Tuesday.
"The doctor told me that it will be risky to play against Hilal as I must undergo two surgeries within the coming four days," Zaki told FilGoal.com on Thursday.
"He also informed me it is impossible to play without a medical face-guard and even if I wore it I won't be safe. Anyway, I'm eager to participate to help my teammates in this crucial game."
Zamalek have an uphill task if they are to progress to the Champions League round of 16 as they were handed a 2-0 first-leg defeat to Hilal in Sudan.
