Zamalek clash with Masri

The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has decided to reschedule some of the premier league’s matches.

The rescheduling came after Zamalek and ENPPI clubs were eliminated from the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup respectively, the EFA said on its official website.

Zamalek were dumped out of the CAF Champions League at the hands of Al-Hilal of Sudan, while ENNPI were also eliminated after losing to Algerian outfit ASO Chlef in the Confederation Cup.

The EFA amendments include moving Zamalek's postponed game with Tanta to April 8th, as well rescheduling the team's fixtures against Suez Cement and Ismaili to be played on the 22nd and 26th of April respectively.

Zamalek will meet Al-Faisali of Jordan in the Arab Champions League semi-finals in April, and if they advanced to the final, they will have to play their 28th week fixture against Ittihad on the 8th of May.

Ismaili' African commitments forced their game with Ittihad to be moved to the 16th of April as they prepare to take on Zambia's Green Buffaloes.

The EFA also decided that the 25th round matches are to be played on the 11th, 12th and 13th of April.
