1409 fans participated to the poll and 494 voted for the 25 year old left winger to get him 35,06% of the total votes.

Abou-Mosallam, or Abou as he's called at Strasbourg, beat Pascal Johansen by only 50 votes, Guillaume Lacour came third with 235 votes, Habib Bellaid fourth (197) and Yves Deroff seemed to be out of favor with only 39 votes.

Coming in to French side in January 2006, Abou-Mosallam is just settling right now and making his impact. Strasbourg are currently third of the Ligue 2 and are battling for promotion.
