Mubarak's attendance has been confirmed by a top Ministry of Interior official.

President Mubarak, who is used to attending important sports functions in Egypt, will be joined by some of the country’s top officials who are joining Ahli in their 100 year anniversary celebrations.

FilGoal.com’s correspondent in the Cairo International Stadium said that security forces are taking measures to prepare for the President’s arrival.

Ahli’s fans have been arriving at the stadium since noon as they await the anticipated clash.
