Toni will pen a four-year-deal that will see him at the Allianz Arena until 2011, and Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed the transfer fee.

"The transfer fee is exactly 11 million euros," Rummenigge told the club's website.

Rummenigge confirmed that the prolific striker will arrive in Munich on June 8th to undergo a medical.

The 30-year-old hitman scored 49 goals for Fiorentina during the last two seasons, but the Serie A outfit had no option but to allow him leave after the player expressed his desire for a new challenge.

Toni was a key figure in the Italian squad which was crowned world champions in the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

He is Bayern's fifth recruit next season, after the confirmed signatures of Hamit Altintop, Jan Schlaudraff, Jose Ernesto Sosa and Marcell Jansen.
