"Ismaili are among six teams who have tabled official offers to sign me," Azmi told FilGoal.com.
"I reached an agreement with Al-Shabab board to join a new club on loan and then return back to fulfill my contract with the Saudi team."
Azmi joined Al-Shabab from Greek side PAOK Saloniki in the January transfer window on a four-year deal but his strained relationship with the team's former coach Jose De Morias soon ended his adventure.
The 24-year-old defender revealed the clubs who wish to sign him but said he prefers a switch to Ismaili.
"Turkey's Ankaragucu, Romanian side Steaua Bucuresti, Saudi Arabia's Al-Qadiseya in addition to two clubs from Greece and Ukraine have made official bids to Al-Shabab."
"I will soon sit down with Al-Shabab officials to decide on the best offer for both of us.
"I haven't decided my destination yet but I prefer to join Ismaili and play in the Egyptian League on temporary basis. However, Al-Shabab will have the final word as they will definitely choose the best financial offer," he concluded.
