The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) have ordered Trabzonspor, where plays Egyptian midfielder Ayman Abdul-Aziz, to play five home league matches behind closed doors.

The punishment was handed down for their responsibility over a riot following a controversial foul from Abdul-Aziz on Israeli player Pini Balili when facing Sivasspor in the first day of the Turkish League.

The players started to argue then the fans invaded the pitch leaving the referee with no choice but to call the game off.

The TFF didn't take a decision concerning the game itself. The game was abandoned in the 88th minute while Trabzonspor where leading 1-0.
