Neveu was sacked just before the kick-off the Egyptian League, following his three-week absence from the club after he underwent a knee surgery in France.
"Ismaili have received a copy from Neveu's complaint, in which he claims that the club owe him $450, 000," Anous told FilGoal.com.
"But the buyout clause is just $30,000, a fee he refused to receive."
Neveu's financial dispute with Ismaili is the latest of a series of conflicts involving Egyptian clubs with foreign managers.
Last April, Zamalek have resolved their dispute with Brazilian coach Carlos Cabral following a lengthy legal battle.
Meanwhile, Anous has denied reports that Ismaili striker Mohamed Mohsen Abou-Greisha is set for a loan move to UAE second division club Ras Al-Khaimah.
"Ras Al-Khaimah president was in the stands to watch Ismaili's CAF Confederation game against Dolphin not to monitor any player."
"His team are holding a camp in Egypt so it was a chance for him to attend the match," Anous added.
Abou-Greisha has lost his regular place to Mohamed Fadl and Omar Gamal after a series of disappointing displays.
