Ismaili threatened to withdraw from their last Confederation Cup match against Kwara United in case CAF ignore the club's complaint about the disastrous refereeing during Al-Merrikh clash.

The Dervishes' hopes of reaching the competition's final were demolished following a 1-0 defeat to Al-Merrikh in Sudan.

Ismaili were not helped by several errors from Botswanaian referee Thapelo Disang and lodged a complaint against the official to the African governing body.

Disang awarded the home side two controversial penalty kicks, as well as sending off Ismaili duo Sherif Abdul-Fadil and Abdullah Al-Shahhat.

"We sent an official letter to the Egyptian FA and CAF informing them that we will withdraw from the competition if we didn't receive a reply," Ismaili general manager Abdul-Rahman Anous told FilGoal.com

"It is not necessary to get a match replay but at least we should know how will CAF react against such refereeing."

Ismaili host Nigerian side Kwara United on the seventh of October.
