Portuguese manager Mourinho left Stamford Bridge by mutual consent and was replaced by Israeli coach Avram Grant.
However, Ivory Coast striker Drogba doesn't believe that anyone can fill the void left by the 'special one'.
"I want to leave Chelsea. Nothing can stop me from leaving now. Something is broken with Chelsea," Drogba told France Football in an interview that will be published on Friday.
"The damage in the dressing room is big because we know now what happened and who caused Mourinho's departure."
The Blues have swiftly replied, insisting that the former Marseille hitman will honor his contract.
"Didier signed a new four-year contract last year. As a top professional we're sure he is committed to Chelsea and intends to honour it," they said in a statement.
The 29-year-old said his decision is final no matter what happens in the upcoming period.
"Since the day I arrived, I wanted to leave Chelsea and then again every summer.
"I know that Ronaldinho and Kaka are linked to come next season but even that won't change my mind," he added.
