Gaafar's relationship with the Cairo giants has seemingly reached a dead end after the latest row.

Since the arrival of Dutch coach Ruud Krol, the former Baladeya striker has been dropped out of favor.

He is Krol's fifth-choice frontman behind Abdul-Halim Ali, Amr Zaki, Gamal Hamza and newly-arrived Sherif Ashraf.

The 26-year-old had very limited opportunities this season, most as a substitute, and is yet to open his account for Zamalek.
