Hilal said that the Libya skipper was recalled to the team, which is set to start preparations for the Arab contest scheduled for November 13th.

Al-Taib's recall means that Libya will be in full strength for the tournament, in which they will face UAE in the opening game.

Libya will also tackle host nations Egypt, in addition to Palestine, who might be facing difficulties to enter the competition for political reasons.
