The veteran striker was fined by Ittihad after flying to UAE to take part in a charity match without permission.
Hassan insisted that he informed coach Mohamed Salah's of his intention to travel to the Gulf country but Ittihad board said the 41-year-old frontman should have taken their approval.
"We will decide whether he will link-up with the team or terminate his contract," Moselhi told FilGoal.com.
Although the former Ahli and Zamalek striker recently said he will depart Ittihad in January, a definite decision is set to be announced after the meeting.
Ittihad, who have registered their first win of the new season after thumping Aluminum 5-0, lie third from bottom in the league table with seven points.
Hassan, who arrived from Tersana in the close season, is yet to open his account for the Alexandria-based club.
