The Egypt midfielder has been training with his former club Ahli during the past few months, and speculation suggested that he is set for a return to the Egyptian champions in January.
However, Ghaly revealed that he has no intentions of leaving the Premiership despite admitting that playing for Spurs again would be difficult for him.
"I am not willing to leave England in the near future, even though I don’t think I could play for Spurs again," Ghaly told FilGoal.com on Tuesday.
"I received more than an offer from Egyptian clubs, but I rejected them because I hope to carry on my European career."
Ghaly has been out of favor for Spurs since his angry reaction to being substituted by former coach Martin Jol in a Premiership game against Blackburn last May.
The 26-year-old was set to join Birmingham this summer, but the deal was called off by the then Blues manager Steve Bruce.
A Spurs exit in January is now imminent for the versatile midfielder, who recently claimed that his problems at Spurs are 'far beyond Jol'.
Ghaly is currently with the Egypt squad in the Pan Arab Games, as the African champions are hoping to have him in full match fitness before the 2008 African Cup of Nations in Ghana.
