The prize, created by Radio2 Catersport will be handed to the player tipped to be the most deceiving performance of the season.
39-man juries from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and Congo have chosen the 50 candidates.
European Champions AC Milan have the Lion share with 10 players led by Ronaldo, Dida and Alberto Gilardino.
The list of candidates includes 7 World Cup winners: Alessandro Del Piero, Alberto Gilardino, Simone Barone, Marco Amelia, Fabio Grosso, Alessandro Nesta and Marco Materazzi.
