"We will just discuss how to make the relationship between both clubs much warmer," Ismaili spokesman Abdul-Rahman Anous told FilGoal.com on Sunday.
Rumors have been circulating that Ahli would make moves for Ismaili stars, who were astonishingly transfer-listed by the latter's chairman Yehia Al-Koumi.
Ismaili fans were outraged by Al-Koumi's declaration that Ismaili are open to offers for trio Sayed Moawad, Hani Saied and Mohamed Fadl.
Consequently, Ismaili made a U-turn on their stance after holding a board meeting, just two days following Al-Koumi's announcement.
Ahli board members will visit Ismaili club for a completely different reason.
The rivalry between the two clubs was further intensified by Hosni Abd-Rabou's transfer saga.
Ismaili are at loggerheads with French side Strasbourg over who own Abd-Rabou's contract. Their fans were furious by Ahli's attempt to lure the Egypt midfielder to Cairo.
"We will hold clear-the-air talks with Ahli officials in a bid to calm matters," Anous added.
