“We heard about it in the newspaper. We also heard that we are after Zamalek’s Shikabala but that is totally false because we didn’t contact any of them,” the club’s football director Mehdi Melad told Assabah.

“The club’s president Kamal Eidir is really annoyed by such reports,” added Melad.

Last year Club Africain have also been linked with Ismaili striker Mohamed Mohsen Abou-Greisha.
