"Pato should not have any problem to be on the pitch against Napoli," Ancelotti told a press conference in Dubai, where Milan are holding a training camp.

The talented forward joined Milan from Brazilian outfit Internacional in August.

He wasn’t eligible to play because a non-EU player in Italy must be 18 years before being granted a work permit.

Pato is now clear to play after the opener of the winter transfer window. "I think that the bureaucratic matters will resolve themselves in time," Ancelotti said.

Meanwhile, the Italian tacticain rejected whispers that Ronaldo has asked to leave the Rossoneri.

"Ronaldo? As far as I know he did not express his desire to leave Milan."

"The matter of his possible move to Flamengo was exclusively born in Brazil and does not match the player’s wishes," he added.
