Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard has refused to in the towel after his side were held by Athletic Bilbao on Sunday to drop to nine points behind leaders Real Madrid.
“We’re not giving up on anything. After yesterday’s result the gap’s bigger. We’ve just got to keep at it,” the Dutchman was quoted saying on the club's website on Monday.
Rijkaard confirmed that his side had a good game but blamed the poor finishing for the result.
The former Netherland legend is hoping to get a boost by the return of Ronaldinho.
"He can give us a step forward. He's always been a very important player to us, and gives us a lot when he's physically well."
