Midfielder Abd-Rabou, who scored three goals in the competition so far, suffered a calf bruise while Fathi complained from a knee pain.

"Both of them near full recovery, they might participate against Zambia. We are yet to settle on the starting line-up for the match."

"But if they need more rest, we have suitable replacements," Sedki added.
