لايزال يأمل في الانضمام للمنتخب

Egypt defender Ibrahim Saied said on Sunday he will return to Turkish side Ankaragucu once he ends his international duty in the African Cup of Nations.

Saied has been involved in several disputes with Ankaragucu board after failing to play first-team football.

He targeted a January return to either Ahli or Zamalek but the Cairo duo opted not to sign him due to his previous troubles with both of them.

However, Saied has seemingly settled his problems with Ankaragucu, paving the way for him to resume his adventure in Turkey.

"After some contacts between me and Ankaragucu board, with Egypt skipper Ahmed Hassan acting as a mediator, I decided to continue with the club," Saied told FilGoal.com.

"Although I handed in a transfer request before, they welcomed my return."

Saied took part in Egypt's 1-1 draw with Zambia in the last group stage game after shaking off a knee injury.
