"When I was asked where I want to be, I said that I want to play for Ismaili," he told FilGoal.com.

"I had also to explain my situation and the whole story again in details," added the best player of the Nations Cup 2008.

The CAS will give its final verdict within six weeks.

"I think that the CAS will rule in favor of Ismaili but they will have to pay a penalty around 200 000 euros," said Abd-Rabou.

"I don't know if I would be suspended or not but I explained all my circumstances and I hope they will take it into consideration."
