"We are still in the title race. It is more difficult now but we will still fight away," Grant said after Monday's game.

Chelsea looked on their way to secure the three points as Michael Essien put them one up in the 54th minute.

But Emile Heskey equalized in the injury time to leave Chelsea five points adrift of leaders Manchester United, with four matches to go.

"We know at some stage you can lose the points but we didn't want it to happen against Wigan," Grant said.

"We need to win the games against Everton and Manchester United."

The Blues play Everton on Thursday before entertaining the title holders on April 26th.
