Manchester United retained their Premiership crown when they beat Wigan 2-0 in the last day of the season. Chelsea could only manage a 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers.
But United's victory over Wigan would have handed them the title anyway due to a superior goal difference over the Blues.
Israeli manager Grant voiced his discontent with some of the decisions which he believes went against Chelsea.
"I told you that I believed in the tradition of the fair English game - I will not say anything against it - but what happened is what I expected," he was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
"In England, there are very good referees, but there are some - a few - that you can influence, like you saw.
"I think in our game against Manchester United at Old Trafford, the referee (Mike Dean) influenced the result for sure. We know that.
"I think the red card for John Obi Mikel in that game should not have been a red card. I think that Paul Scholes should have had a red card on Sunday and Wigan a penalty also."
Chelsea have a chance to avoid ending the season empty-handed when they face United in the UEFA Champions League final on May 21st.
