Portuguese sports daily 'A Bola' said that the former Chelsea manager signed a three-year contract and will earn 9 million Euros per year.

Mourinho has been linked with Inter a month ago and reports in the press have confirmed that he is set to succeed Mancini who has been under fire recently.

Italian national press agency ANSA also revealed that Roberto Mancini, who won three Serie A titles with the Nerrazzuri, held talks with President Massimo Moratti who may have told him the news.

"I don't know anything. I have not been able to sit down and talk calmly with Roberto. Is it finished? It appears more or less. But I cannot confirm that," Mancini's agent Giorgio De Giorgis told ANSA.
