Ricardo played as a left-back in Monday's friendly win over Al-Gaish, and the possibility of his registration is looming.

"Ricardo was quite impressive, he is a fine crosser and also has the ability to shoot from range," Yehia told FilGoal.com.

"We will decide on his future soon, but he is likely to be with us next season."

Should Ricardo win a place in the Zamalek roster, the Brazilian will be registered in the CAF Champions League squad list at the expense of Osama Hassan.

Meanwhile, new signing duo Junior Agogo and Ayman Abdul-Aziz was selected in the team's African squad and should play against Ahli next week.
