"We are yet to secure qualification, the game is still on, I think both teams have equal chances in the return leg in Cairo," the Ahli assistant coach told the club's official site.

"We were looking for a win on Sunday, but I think that the difficult conditions in Aba impeded us."

Al-Badri also revealed that players will get extra bonuses should they manage to reach the final for a fourth successive year.

Ahli were in a similar situation in last season's final, when they lost the trophy to Etoile Sahel, who won the second leg 3-1 at Cairo stadium.
