The Whites' board already assigned board member and former skipper Hazem Emam to renew Aboul-Ella's contract which runs out next summer.

"No one spoke to me about renewing my contract. However, my priority will always be staying at Zamalek," Aboul-Ella told FilGoal.com on Tuesday.

Aboul-Ella is currently one of the most experienced players in the Zamalek squad after featuring in nine league seasons since his promotion from the club youth ranks.
