Toure has lost his starting place in Josip Guardiola’s Barcelona since the start of the season, and the Ivorian confirmed that he’d jump at any chance to join Juve.

“I want to go to Juventus, it is a huge opportunity for me, It's a chance I can't afford to let slip,” Toure was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia on Monday.

“In a month or at most a month and a half I will know what is going on with me and Barça.”

Juventus are currently looking to enforce their Midfield in January, especially after summer signing Christian Poulsen failed to quickly adapt with the Italian game.

A move to Italy would mean that Toure will miss out on Champions League football until the end of the season, as he’s cup tied after featuring for Barca in the same competition.

“I don't want to miss out on the move for any reason even if I would miss the Champions League.”
