The Rossoneri are on the verge of bringing Beckham to Italy next January and until the end of the season.

"The Beckham deal is part of philosophy that Milan began when they brought in Christian Vieri, then Ronaldo and Ronaldinho," Moratti told La Gazetta dello Sport.

Moratti warned that Milan may be on the way of imitating Real Madrid's galacticos policy which cost the Spaniards four seasons without any silverware.
