Ahli's Football coordinator Hadi Khashaba told FilGoal.com on Wednesday that the club have officially enquired about the possibility of acquiring Boogi's services.

Ismaili, Zamalek and Petrojet have earlier announced their interest in signing Boogi. However The Dervishes were the only side to have made an official bid for the player.

In another issue, Khashaba said that Ahli have decided not to finalize Emad Meteb's permanent move to Ittihad upon the player's agent recommendation.

Meteb is currently on loan at the Saudi side, but the player's agent Nader Shawky confirmed the player is attracting interest from various English clubs.
